Join SugarTide on an exciting journey from poles on the ground to the Grand Prix ring as we actively participate in horse shows in and around Calgary and Alberta. We're here to support riders, whether you're navigating your first course or aiming for the highest level of competition.

Both Academy and non-academy riders receive invitations at their coach's discretion to partake in horse shows throughout the year. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase the skills honed in our weekly lessons in a fun and rewarding way. Whether it's mastering a course of jumps or elegantly manoeuvring a walk-trot-canter routine, riders have the chance to perform to the best of their ability, all under the watchful eye of a certified judge from the Alberta Equestrian Federation and Equestrian Canada.

While ribbons are awarded to those placing 1st to 3rd/6th/8th (depending on the show) in each class, our focus is not solely on winning. It's about the learning experience, the effort you put in, and the care you provide for your horse or pony. At SugarTide, we believe in celebrating the journey, and horse shows are a wonderful opportunity for riders to showcase their progress, challenge themselves, and forge lasting memories in the company of fellow equestrians.
